Return and Refund policy
Go Go Gorgeous is a place where authenticity is a priority and quality service is a promise.
If you receive a damaged or defective item or the wrong product, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund under the following terms and conditions. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement of such damaged or defective shipments.
We maintain a ‘closed box delivery’ policy. It is crucial to ensure the authenticity of the products, the privacy of the customers, and product adulteration or modification prevention. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please return it to Go Go Gorgeous, and we’ll arrange for a replacement that meets the following conditions:
- For shipping, any reliable and good quality courier service could be used. You will be able to track your parcel through them.
- For delivery, We charge 80 Taka for Chittagong & Dhaka city. For other cities, the delivery charge is 130 Taka.
- Delivery timeline will be 5-10 days.
- Check the product in front of our delivery man. Keep him as a witness to the unpacking.
- If any defect is found (damaged, defective, or wrong product) after opening the box, return the product to the delivery man and immediately inform us through WhatsApp (+88018 6858 0387) or inbox on Facebook or Live Chat on the website.
- The “Customer Relationship Management Department,” upon consultation with the management, will change or replace the product or adjust the payment.
- The complaint will be invalid once our delivery person leaves your place.
- Used, swatched, liquid, or semi-liquid products will not be considered for exchange or refund.
- Products once purchased will not be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes his/her purchase decision/mind, and/or does not like the smell, texture, color, design, or product.
- The return policy will not be valid if you don’t keep the delivery person as a witness.
- The original invoice, Go Go Gorgeous packaging, and intact or undamaged product packaging box (where applicable) must be returned along with the product.
- According to the above valid case the timeline of Return and Refund Policy will be 7 to 10 working days.
